At PinkNorDic, we understand that purchasing a hand-painted artwork is a significant investment in your living space. We take pride in our meticulous creation process and our secure global delivery network to ensure your art arrives in pristine condition.

Every piece at PinkNorDic is uniquely created by our professional artists.

• Creation Period: Please allow 7 business days for the artist to complete your painting. This ensures the oil/acrylic layers have sufficient time to set.
• Quality Approval: Once the painting is finished, we will send high-definition photos and videos to your email. You can request adjustments or give your final approval.
• Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT+08:00) will be processed starting the next business day.

We partner exclusively with premium couriers like FedEx and DHL to provide the fastest and safest shipping service available.

• North America & Europe: 3-5 business days.
• Oceania & Asia: 3-7 business days.
• Rest of the World: 5-10 business days.

We believe in transparent pricing. We offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price for the artwork delivered to your door.

To prevent any damage during long-distance transit, we use specialized packaging methods:

• Rolled Paintings (Unframed): Wrapped in protective film and secured inside a high-impact, moisture-resistant shipping tube.
• Framed/Stretched Paintings: Enclosed in multi-layer bubble wrap, corner protectors, and a custom-built, heavy-duty wooden crate to withstand international handling.

Every shipment is Fully Insured by PinkNorDic. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the courier, allowing you to monitor its journey in real-time.

For international shipments, orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes as determined by the destination country's customs office. These fees are not included in our price and are the responsibility of the recipient. However, we provide all necessary documentation and "Art Certificate" labels to help minimize potential delays and assist in a smooth clearance process.
