PinkNorDic Returns & Refunds Policy

At PinkNorDic, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality of our hand-painted artworks and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

  • Condition: The artwork must be in its original condition and securely packaged (preferably in its original tube or wooden crate).
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pinknordic.com with your order number. We will provide you with the specific return instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Damaged Artworks & Free Replacement

We take full responsibility for any damage occurring during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pinknordic.com.
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged artwork and the external packaging.
  • We will arrange a Free Replacement at no extra cost to you and handle all claims with the courier company.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Please note that Custom Artworks (pieces with custom sizes, colors, or specific personal requests) are unique creations made specifically for you. Once you have approved the final photos/videos and the item has been safely delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items as they cannot be resold.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of arrival), we will process your refund:
